sugar – 1 cup
Preparation method:

Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2–3 weeks.

After this time, chop them finely and mix with half of the sugar.

Transfer to a glass jar and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.

Cover with gauze and refrigerate for 3 days.

Pour the resulting juice into a separate jar and squeeze the pulp thoroughly.

Add alcohol to the juice, stir and set aside in a cool, dark place for 3–5 days.
