Ingredients:

  • vodka or diluted spirit (40–45%) – 500 ml

  • aloe leaves – 500 g

  • sugar – 1 cup

Preparation method:

  1. Wash aloe leaves thoroughly with cold water and dry with a paper towel.

  2. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2–3 weeks.

  3. After this time, chop them finely and mix with half of the sugar.

  4. Transfer to a glass jar and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.

  5. Cover with gauze and refrigerate for 3 days.

  6. Pour the resulting juice into a separate jar and squeeze the pulp thoroughly.

  7. Add alcohol to the juice, stir and set aside in a cool, dark place for 3–5 days.

  8. Pour the finished tincture into a bottle and store in a dark container in the refrigerator.


Recipe for aloe tincture with honey

Ingredients:

  • vodka or diluted spirit (40–45%) – 500 ml

  • aloe leaves – 500 g

  • honey – 500 g

Preparation method:

  1. Wash and dry aloe leaves thoroughly.

  2. Chop finely, add honey and alcohol.

  3. Mix, cover with gauze and set aside in a dark, cool place for 2 months.

  4. Pour the finished tincture into a bottle and store in the refrigerator.


Tips before consumption

  • Choose aloe that is at least 3 years old (Aloe vera or "hundred-year-old").

  • As a preventive measure, drink 1 tablespoon of tincture before a meal.

  • Use only high-quality alcohol – the taste and effect of the tincture depend on it.
