POLAND

The cost of delivery depends on the form of payment and the total weight of the order. The order is sent in one or more packages, and the customer bears the total cost of delivery.

FREE DELIVERY - InPost Courier and Parcel Lockers

orders over PLN 199 (does not apply to cash on delivery)

(Free shipping does not apply to products that cannot be sent via InPost due to their size)

The delivery (fulfillment) time of the order consists of: the time of preparation and shipping of the order and the time of the courier service, which is up to 2 days. The time given in the previous sentence applies to fulfillment on working days. In pre-holiday periods, the delivery time may be extended due to delays in the implementation of courier services.

Worldwide shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping and accept orders from international customers.

Delivery time

  • Poland: 1-3 business days (depending on the chosen shipping method).
  • Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, Malta: 5-7 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the day of shipment, not the day the order is placed. We make every effort to ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on weight and the shipping method you choose. They will be displayed during checkout.

Damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and refunds

Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
