Refund policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement must be sent via email to: finespirit.pl@gmail.com.
You may use a withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.


  1. Returning Goods After Withdrawal

Returns must be made no later than 14 calendar days from submitting the withdrawal statement.

Goods should be returned in an unchanged condition, as far as necessary to determine their nature, features, and functioning.
Original packaging, tags, and no signs of use facilitate the process but are not required to exercise the right of withdrawal (according to the law).

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the store has explicitly stated otherwise.

Returns should be sent after prior notification – packages sent without a form/notification may be returned to the sender.


  1. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

  • goods made to special order or clearly personalized,

  • sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons after opening,

  • perishable goods.

Promotional products may also be returned if they do not fall under the exclusions above — there is no prohibition on accepting returns of discounted goods.


  1. Complaints (Warranty)

If the product:

  • is defective,

  • does not comply with the contract,

  • was damaged during transport,

  • is incomplete,

the customer has the right to submit a complaint under warranty.

Complaints should be sent to: finespirit.pl@gmail.com or in writing to the company address.
It is recommended to include in the complaint:

  • description of the defect,

  • request (repair, replacement, price reduction, refund),

  • proof of purchase (any form).

Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.
Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is accepted.


  1. Shipment Damage

Upon receiving the order, check its condition.
If the package or goods are damaged, it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the courier and contact us immediately.


  1. Refunds

After accepting the withdrawal from the contract, refunds are issued no later than 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the order.
The store may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or proof of its shipment is provided.
