Fine Spirit operates an online store and provides Users with information, content, features, products, and services (“Services”). The store runs on the Shopify platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data of Users who visit our website, make purchases, or contact us.

By using the Services, the User confirms that they have read this Privacy Policy.

  • shipping goods,

  • communicating with customers,

  • marketing (if the customer has given consent),

  • meeting legal obligations (e.g., tax),

  • ensuring the security of the website.

  • Transaction data – order details, payments, returns, complaints;

We do not process sensitive data (special categories of personal data).

We obtain data:

  • from Shopify, which as a data processor supports store operations.

  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligations (e.g., accounting),

  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller (e.g., security, fraud prevention),

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (e.g., newsletter).

5. Data sharing

We may share data with:

  • IT service providers,

  • payment operators,

  • shipping companies,

  • marketing and analytics providers (if the User has consented),

  • Shopify – as the e-commerce platform provider,

  • public authorities – when required by law.

We are not joint controllers with Shopify for marketing purposes – Shopify acts as a processor or independent controller under their own policies.

Data may be transferred outside the EEA, but always in compliance with GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

The website uses cookies for:

  • functional purposes,

  • analytics,

  • marketing (only with User consent, in accordance with Polish law).

Users can manage cookies through browser settings and the cookie banner.

7. Data retention period

We store data as follows:

  • Orders and accounting documents – 5 years,

  • User account data – until account deletion,

  • Marketing data – until consent withdrawal,

  • Correspondence – up to 3 years,

  • Technical data (cookies) – according to browser settings and cookie type.

8. User rights

Users have the right to:

  • access their data,

  • rectify it,

  • delete it (“right to be forgotten”),

  • restrict processing,

  • data portability,

  • object to processing,

  • withdraw consent at any time,

  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. Children’s data

The Services are not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly process children’s data. If such data has been accidentally provided, please contact us for its deletion.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated. The update date is listed at the top of the document. In case of significant changes, Users will be notified as required by law.
