✨ Set of hydrometers in a plastic case box for alcohol and moonshine - alcoholometers for measuring the alcohol concentration in spirit, moonshine and pure vodkas, for professional and home laboratory use.

⚠️You cannot use a hydrometer to measure the alcohol content in liqueurs, wines and all other drinks containing sugar.

Hydrometers will help you accurately determine the strength of a drink and its temperature.

✨ The set includes:

• Alcoholmeter with measurement range: 0-40% (200x15mm);
• Alcoholmeter with measurement range: 40-70% (200x15mm);
• Alcoholmeter with measurement range: 70-100% (190x15mm);
• Thermometer (without mercury) with a measurement range: 0-50°C (145x5mm);
• Plastic box / case;
• Table for correction of alcohol concentration readings with respect to measurement temperature.

✍️Taking the measurement:

1. Fill the measuring cup, test tube or tall transparent glass with alcohol.

2. Then gently immerse the alcoholmeter so that it does not touch the bottom or walls of the measuring cylinder.

3. Once stabilized, read the reading at the bottom of the liquid meniscus.

⚠️Remember, for the measurement to be reliable and precise, the alcohol must be at a temperature of 20°C. In the case of a temperature other than 20°C, corrections should be made from the attached table.

⚠️ It should be remembered that other ingredients contained in the tested liquid such as sugar, salt, spices, aroma and other additives lower the alcohol concentration because they increase the density of the tested liquid.
