Pour the yeast into sterile water or wort (at least 10 times its weight) at a temperature of 25–29°C.
Leave for 15–30 minutes, then mix gently until a uniform, creamy consistency is achieved.
Add the prepared starter to the fermenter.

Yeast can be poured directly into the wort at a temperature of 25–29°C.
Spread evenly over the surface of the wort, leave for 30 minutes, then stir to aerate and distribute the yeast evenly.
✳️Storage conditions:
- Store at a temperature below 10°C.
- Once opened, store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator.
