✨ PuriFERM XXL Turbo is the original, professional fermentation package for 100 liters of alcohol with 25 kg of sugar. Resistant to temperatures up to 29°C. Fermentation up to 18% in 6 days. Production for 200 liters (2 packages) is possible without cooling. The mixture is fully complete and does not require any additional nutrients.

✨ From experience, we suggest that the yeast will easily cope with a batch in a 120-litre barrel, i.e. 30-32 kg of sugar. It is possible to combine 2 packages in a 200-litre barrel (approx. 50-52 kg of sugar).

✨ Ingredients: yeast, nutrients, vitamins and microelements.

✨ Net weight: 350 g (1 pack)

Best before date/batch number, country of origin on the packaging.

⚠️ Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children.

⚙️ Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 25 kg of sugar in hot water, fill with cold water to 100 liters.
  2. Measure the temperature of the solution.
  3. Add yeast at a setting temperature of 25°C, mix well.
  4. Optimum fermentation temperature 21-29°C . Ready in 4-6 days to 18% alcohol strength.
