✨ Alcotec Classic Turbo Yeast 48 distillery yeast allows you to obtain 14% alcohol in 48 hours and 20% in 5 days.

✍️Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 6-9 kg of sugar in 15 liters of warm water ( 25°C ) (see below).
  2. Top up with water after mixing to 25 litres.
  3. Add the contents of the sachet and mix.
  4. To obtain 21% alcohol, it IS NECESSARY to cool the liquid to maintain a temperature of 18-24°C.

7 kg 17% 3 days 20-30°

8 kg 18-19% 5 days 20-27°

9 kg to 21% 7-10 days 18-24°

✨Note: The process is turbulent.
