The spiral wort cooler allows for a quick reduction of the mash temperature thanks to 12 coils with a diameter of Ø290 mm , which ensures an efficient cooling process. The large diameter of the cooler guarantees optimal distribution of cold in the tank. The product has been adapted to cool up to 40 liters of beer semi-finished product in 30 minutes to a temperature of 25-30 ° C. The free flow of the coolant is ensured by the large diameter of the coil pipe ( Ø12 mm ). To achieve the intended effect, simply connect the cooler to a cold water source. The product is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage.

✍️ How to use:

1. The radiator must be placed in hot liquid.
2. Install the hose on both ends of the radiator.
3. Connect one end of the hose to a cold water source and place the other end near the drain.
4. Check that the hose is properly installed and open the cold water tap.
5. Monitor the temperature throughout the process.
6. The cooler allows for quick cooling of the beer wort to a temperature of 27°C (optimal for yeast) in about 15-20 minutes. Reducing the cooling time from several hours to a dozen or so minutes minimizes the risk of wort contamination. Cooling the wort is a key stage in the beer brewing process.
