✍️ SpiritFerm Turbo FRUIT active yeast is a specially selected, highly alcoholizing ( up to 18% ) yeast intended for the fermentation of fruit mixtures, aimed at emphasizing the aromas of fruits used for fermentation. The set contains a dose of enzymes facilitating fruit fermentation.
✨ Packaging for 25 liters of fruit mash
⚠️ Optimal fermentation temperature: 20-27°C , at 25°C the fermentation time is about 4-6 days. Remember that the temperature of the pitch should not exceed 35°C (above this temperature the yeast begins to die). To obtain 18% alcohol, the fruit must should be supplemented with sugar syrup. The amount of sugar to be used is about 200-300 g per 1 liter of must (depending on the type of fruit used).
✨Instructions: Add the yeast directly to the mixture at a temperature of approximately 30°C , then mix everything thoroughly.
✨Ingredients: Saccharomyces Bayanus yeast, nutrient, vitamins, trace elements and enzymes.
