Double Snake C48 distillery yeast (130g)

Very strong and fast Double Snake C48 yeast. The pitch will reach up to 21%. Ready in as little as 2 days. Turbo distillery yeast with high quality of the final product.
✅ They will process 6 kg of sugar in 2 days - mash 14%
✅ They will process 7 kg of sugar in 3 days - mash 17%
✅ They will process 8 kg of sugar in 5 days - mash 19%
✅ They will process 9 kg of sugar in 7-10 days - mash 21%
Instruction:
1. Add 20 liters of warm water (25°C) to the fermentation vat.
2. Then add sugar according to the table and mix well until completely dissolved.
3. Add lukewarm water to 26 litres so that the water temperature is correct according to the table.
4. Add the contents of the C48 sachet and stir. Do not use a fermentation lock.
5. Ferment at room temperature, preferably 20-25°C. Fermentation time and alcohol strength, see table above.
Note: To obtain a setting of 21%, it is necessary to cool the fluid to maintain a temperature of 18-24°C!!!
