✨ Alcotec Classic Turbo Yeast 48 distillery yeast allows you to obtain 14% alcohol in 48 hours and 20% in 5 days.
✍️Instructions:
- Dissolve 6-9 kg of sugar in 15 liters of warm water ( 25°C ) (see below).
- Top up with water after mixing to 25 litres.
- Add the contents of the sachet and mix.
- To obtain 21% alcohol, it IS NECESSARY to cool the liquid to maintain a temperature of 18-24°C.

8 kg 18-19% 5 days 20-27°
9 kg to 21% 7-10 days 18-24°
