✨ ALCOTEC MEGAPACK distillery yeast for 25 kg sugar / 100 liters. 1 pack is enough for 100 liters up to 18% vol.

⚠️ The mixture has been developed to produce the least possible unwanted and by-products of fermentation. MEGAPACK is a distillery yeast that ensures fast and effective fermentation of sugar or glucose mash. It was created for professional and home producers of large quantities of alcohol. The yeast can be combined with each other into larger mash, so from two sachets we will get as much as 200 liters of mash. It is characterized by high temperature tolerance, so there is no need to cool the mash during fermentation.

⚙️Instructions:

1. Dissolve 25 kg of sugar in hot water, pour into the fermenter and top up with cold water to 100 liters.
2. Fermentation time is about 5-6 days at a concentration of up to 18% .
